Among other things, VILAVIT Female contains myo-inositol, alpha-lipoic acid, bioavailable folic acid Quatrefolic® and Kaneka Ubiquinol®, a particularly easily absorbed form of coenzyme Q10. These micronutrients have been scientifically proven to promote the maturation and quality of egg cells. The formula is supplemented by vegan omega-3 with high-dose DHA, which has an anti-inflammatory effect and supports the cell membranes.
