Usage:

It is recommended to start taking VILAVIT Male & VILAVIT Female about three months before planned conception or planned fertility treatment in order to optimally promote the maturation process of the egg cells and sperm production.

Recommended intake:

• SHE (VILAVIT Female): Take one sachet (equivalent to 5 capsules) daily.
• HE (VILAVIT Male): Take one sachet (equivalent to 3 capsules) daily.
• Open the sachet and swallow each capsule individually with sufficient water.
• Not suitable for children andadolescents.
